Introduction

Larissa joined Trinity Chambers in 2021 following the completion of her pupillage with Mr. John Reading SC, Mr. Andrew Raffell, Mr. Peter Wong and Mr. Felix Li.

She is developing a general practice in all practice areas, with a particular interest in criminal law, family law and personal injuries. She has also accumulated experience in other areas including general civil law matters, land and property law, wills and probate and industrial summons.

She accepts instructions in all areas of works, both advocacy and advisory. She is capable of conducting hearings and drafting documents in both English and Chinese.

Criminal Cases

  • HKSAR v Huang Ruifang HCCC 10/2022 : Appeared on behalf of the Defendant in her retrial involving a single charge of Trafficking in a Dangerous Drug. (Led by Mr. Andrew Raffell)
  • HKSAR v Chan Wong & Chung Wai Chung HCMA 314/2022: Appeared on behalf of one of the Appellants in his appeal against his conviction for 2 charges of aiding and abetting the other Appellant in practicing dentistry within Hong Kong whilst not being a registered dentist. (Led by Mr. John Reading SC)
  • HKSAR v Yuen Kwan-wing & Others DCCC 409/2020: Appeared on behalf of one of the Defendants in her trial involving a single charge of Riot. (Led by Mr. Peter Wong)
  • HKSAR v Fung Ka Man & Others DCCC 240/2021: Appeared on behalf of one of the Defendants in his trial involving a single charge of Riot. (Led by Mr. Peter Wong)
  • HKSAR v Ho Ying-kit & Others DCCC 313,573/2021: Appeared on behalf of one of the Defendants in his trial involving a single charge of Perverting the Course of Public Justice. 

 

Civil Cases

  • DCCJ 3979/2021: Acted on behalf of the Defendant in defending him against monetary claims arising from a contractual dispute. (with Mr. Mark Leung)


Matrimonial Law

Larissa is regularly instructed to handle family cases in relation to both ancillary relief and children matters. 

  • FCMC6651/2024: successfully obtained an ouster order on behalf of the client against the opposite party


Personal Injuries Action 

Larissa is regularly instructed to conduct advisory work on personal injury actions.


Land and Property Law

Larissa is regularly instructed to act as the sole advocate in the Lands Tribunal
