Book Launch of "Construction Safety Law, Management, and Technology: Hong Kong Experience"
Our head of Chambers , Mr. Peter Wong, was recently invited as an honorary guest speaker to the launch of a book “Construction Safety Law, Management, and Technology: Hong Kong Experience” written by Professor Lee Hung-kwong. The book launch was held on 30 March 2023 at the Run Runshaw Library in the City University of Hong Kong. The learned author, Professor Lee held key positions of construction and management in the government and private industry throughout his career, and was the founding president of the Hong Kong Society of Registered Safety Officers. He is one of the most reputable experts in the field of construction safety in Hong Kong, and has served as an expert witness in numerous cases regarding construction safety. His newly published book serves as a comprehensive summary of the landmark cases and a valuable reference to the professionals working in this field.
As an experienced practitioner in the area of Industrial summons and personal injuries action arising from industrial accidents, Mr. Peter Wong was invited to contribute to the foreword of the Book and to do a sharing at the book launch.
