INTRODUCTION
Kellogg was called to the Bar in 2019 after completing his pupillage with Mr. Ching Y. Wong S.C., Mr. Simon K.C. Lam, Mr. Peter T.K. Wong, and Mr. Joseph Christopher Vaughan. Prior to practicing as a barrister, Kellogg was an entrepreneur in the export sector for more than 20 years who had managed an international trade and supply chain management company. Kellogg is developing a broad mixed practice across all practice areas, he has been instructed to appear for clients in different levels of court either as a led junior or the sole advocate.
Kellogg accepts instructions in all areas of work. He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. He is capable of providing advice and submissions in both English and Chinese.
