簡介

Called to the Hong Kong Bar in 1993, Peter is principally a barrister with an emphasis on criminal law. He advises and defends clients for all aspects of criminal law ranging from petty crime to serious offence leading to jury trial in the High Court, and appeal in the Court of Appeal.  

As a senior member of chambers and widely experienced barrister, Peter has been involved in a number of high profiles cases in criminal law, as well as public inquiry, either as a led junior, junior alone or leading junior.

Along with his practice in criminal law, Peter has a wide experience in handling cases of tort of negligence and personal injuries, upon which he advises and attends trial for claimants.

Peter is also specialized in defending cases of departmental prosecutions, with a focus of industrial safety and environmental protection. Throughout his year of practice, Peter has frequently represented a number of major local building contractors in defending prosecutions for regulatory law.

Peter is a founder of Trinity Chambers, and is currently head of the chambers.
